Sazan’s IT Support & Cloud Administration is designed to provide a well-rounded foundation in modern IT infrastructure and cloud technologies. It begins with Networking Basics, covering essential concepts, network services, and troubleshooting. The program then dives into Windows Fundamentals & Configuration, offering in-depth knowledge of Windows OS, including the implementation of Windows Server and Active Directory, and mastering configuration tools like SCCM and Intune. Following this, participants will gain expertise in Microsoft 365, focusing on its fundamentals, security, and administrative tasks. It also includes a dedicated section on Linux, teaching both fundamentals and system administration.  A crucial component is the introduction to AWS Basics, which covers cloud fundamentals, networking, and storage within the Amazon Web Services ecosystem.
 
Prerequisite for Program: Linux and Basic Understanding of AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloud computing, knowledge of Operating systems, Understanding of Microsoft products like server 2019, O365
